Back by popular demand, Chef Wells and his culinary team are preparing a traditional, no-fuss Thanksgiving feast using hyper-local ingredients and creative, elevated technique. Holiday packages serve either 4-6 or 8-12 guests, accompanied by Chef’s simple storage and heating instructions for an elegant, hassle-free Thanksgiving Dinner in the comfort of home. Whole Bird Holiday Feast (Serves 8-12)

Brined & Trussed Turkey (Whole 22lb. bird, raw but fully brined, trussed & prepped with Chef’s baking instructions for you to give it that home-cooked touch)

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Chestnut Stuffing

Sweet Potato Casserole

Cranberry Sauce

Brussels Sprouts & Glazed Carrots

Parker House Rolls

Whole Pumpkin Pie

Whole Pecan Pie

Half Bird Holiday Feast (Serves 4-6)

Brined & Trussed 1/2 Turkey (Half 22lb. bird, expertly broken down, raw but fully brined & prepped with Chef’s baking instructions for you to give it that home-cooked touch)

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Chestnut Stuffing

All meals will be securely packaged and ready to pick up at Juniper and Ivy on Wednesday, 11/23 in advance of the holiday. Most items are cooked but cold, and require a few finishing touches. Chef Wells has included storage and simple baking instructions so that the meal is fresh and ready when you’re ready to celebrate.
